Triangle Trade Professionals provides:

- Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance services
- Emergency repair services (24/7 availability)
- Annual maintenance plans and inspections
- Energy efficiency consultations
All services are performed by licensed, insured technicians serving the Triangle area of North Carolina.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Service Requests: You can schedule services through our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Access Requirements: You must provide safe, reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to reschedule if access is unsafe or unavailable.
Emergency Services: Emergency services are available 24/7. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for larger projects.
Estimates: Written estimates are provided for repair work exceeding $200. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service.
Late Payments: Unpaid invoices over 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
Labor Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on labor for most repair and installation services.
Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
Maintenance Plans: Our maintenance plans include specific guarantees as outlined in your service agreement.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about service needs and property conditions
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Secure pets and remove valuable items from work areas
- Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
- Report any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain systems according to manufacturer recommendations
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or concealed damage
- Claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law
